Modern manufacturers more and more use raw materials and therefore a minimum of residues and a maximum of hygiene are necessary. To optimally meet these demands ALFRA developed the HCD.
ALFRA dosing and weighing technology (a part of KSE) will show this new HCD (Hygienic Component Dosing) system on the VIV (April 20-21-22, 2010).
The machine control of the HCD is based on OA2dose&weigh. This is an intelligent dosing algorithm that automatically (without intervention of an operator) creates the most optimal dosing results, in spite of the strongly varying flow characteristics of raw materials.
The compact and modular design makes that this solution is applicable in every production environment, even when space is limited. Its simplicity, the easy and quick way of cleaning and OA2dose&weigh, makes this machine an approachable solution for the dosing of critical additives in the modern compound feed industry.
