This position will be responsible for the start up and commissioning of projects that are taken over from the operations team. Successful candidates will solve malfunctions in running process automation systems. There are numerous possibilities to grow within the team, not only towards other specializations but also to a senior level, where also management tasks are being executed.
Tasks

Check the current situation at the client for making quotations

Perform internal acceptance of process automation systems from operations

Coordinate assembly, testing and commissioning of process automation systems

Organize toolbox meetings

Hand over process automation systems to the client

Educate process operators at the client

Give feedback to operations concerning possibilities for improvements of products of processes

Offer support (usually via remote access) at making a diagnosis and solving malfunctions at running process installations
Characteristics
Candidates should be enthusiastic and motivated people with a technical education in engineering and with a broad interest in all aspects of process automation. We are looking for individuals who seek a challenge in starting up large process automation projects. The job is suitable for people with a pragmatic attitude and sufficient analytic ability to cope with the broad matter of batch processes and process automation.

Binnen deze brede functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opstarten en in bedrijf stellen van projecten die je intern overneemt van de uitvoerende organisatie. Daarnaast los je storingen op aan draaiende procesautomatisering systemen. Binnen het team zijn zowel horizontaal naar andere specialismen als verticaal naar een senior niveau, waarbij ook management taken uitgevoerd worden, veel doorgroeimogelijkheden.
Taken

Opname van huidige situatie bij de klant t.b.v. het maken van offertes

Interne afname van procesautomatisering systemen van de uitvoerende organisatie

Coördinatie van montage, testen en in bedrijf stellen van procesautomatisering systemen

Organiseren van toolbox meetings

Overdracht van procesautomatisering systemen naar de klant

Opleiden van procesoperators bij de klant

Mogelijkheden tot verbetering van producten of processen terugkoppelen naar de uitvoerende organisatie.

Ondersteuning leveren (veelal via remote access) bij het stellen van de diagnose en het oplossen van storingen aan draaiende procesinstallaties.

Enthousiaste personen met een technische opleiding op MBO of HBO niveau en met een brede interesse voor alle aspecten van procesautomatisering. Personen die een uitdaging zien in het opstarten van grote procesautomatisering projecten.
