Due to our rapid expansion, we are looking for a hands-on Electrical Service Engineer to join our highly skilled team. This position will be responsible for providing maintenance and support, as well as, troubleshooting process and automation control issues at customer locations in the Helmond area. These products include OA/ ALFRA machinery, equipment, and process automation systems.
Tasks

Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair customer issues. These issues typically have electrical, mechanical, control and / or software implications.

Maintain accurate records of faults and repairs.

Coordinate service and resources at different customers.

Implement preventive maintenance activities.

Attend toolbox meetings.
-
Provide feedback regarding product or process improvements.

In deze veelzijdige functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor de installatie, inbedrijfstelling en het onderhoud van onze industriële procesinstallaties in de omgeving van Helmond. Het bevat de producten OA, ALFRA-machines, apparatuur en proces automatisering systemen.
Functieomschrijving

Opsporen van de oorzaak van storingen en het verhelpen van de storing. Deze storingen kunnen veroorzaakt worden door zowel elektrische, mechanische of software fouten.

Het bijhouden van bestanden waarin fouten en reparaties vermeld worden.

Coördineren van service bij verschillende klanten.

Plannen van preventief onderhoud.

Bijwonen van toolbox meetings

Terugkoppeling verschaffen over mogelijkheden tot verbetering van producten of processen.
